
We bring you a video of the lecture “Good practices from Norway – Development of local solar energy projects” that took place on Thursday, March 16, via ZOOM platform. Dr. Charly Berthod from the Norwegian company Greenstat, which develops and invests in renewable energy projects, shared his experience of developing solar energy projects in local communities in Norway. The focus of the lecture was on the available solar technologies, types of installation, production and self-consumption, profitability of investments, but also issues related to the management of solar technologies.
The lecture was intended for representatives of local self-government units who are preparing to implement or are already implementing renewable energy projects, especially solar energy, and interested representatives of organizations and initiatives in the field of renewable energy in Croatia.

The lecture “Good practices from Norway: Development of local solar energy projects” is part of the capacity development activities for energy production from renewable sources in Croatia as part of the “Good Energy – Solar Energy for Energy Transition (SEET)” project, and was organized in cooperation with the bilateral project partners from Norway, Seed Forum Global and Greenstat.
The project “Good energy – Solar energy for the energy transition” is financed by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area (EEA) 2014-2021 with the national co-financing of the Republic of Croatia in the amount of EUR 1.1 million in grants under the “Energy and Climate Change” Program. The total value of the project is EUR 1.4 million.
