City of Ivanić-Grad in the Good Energy

The participation in the Good Energy — SEET project is part of the Solar City of Ivanić-Grad concept, aimed at introducing energy efficiency measures in public buildings owned by the City of Ivanić-Grad.

The Solar City project began in 2020, when designing solar PV systems and heat pumps on 20 public buildings was initiated. Given the specifics of each facility, the project has so far resulted in 17 electrotechnical projects for solar PV systems and 20 mechanical projects for increasing the energy efficiency of heating, cooling and hot water preparation systems. The estimated value of the execution of the designed energy efficiency systems is more than 2.6 million EUR. The buildings of kindergartens, community homes, sports facilities and business incubators are included. The total power of all the designed solar power systems is 360 kilowatts.

City of Ivanić-Grad in the Good Energy — SEET project:

Through the Good Energy — SEET project, solar PV systems with a total installed power of 148 kWp are co-financed for nine public buildings. The value of the project for the City of Ivanić-Grad is 247,215.89 EUR and the total support amounts to 145,571.27 EUR (59% of co-financing).

The Good Energy - Solar Energy for Energy Transition project benefits from a €1.1 million grant from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the European Economic Area (EEA) Financial Mechanism 2014-2021, along with the national financial support from the Republic of Croatia within the Energy and Climate Change Program. The project aims to increase the capacities for renewable energy production in Croatia.
